The 2026 ACMs are shaping up to be a night you won’t want to miss.
On Friday, May 1, new additions were announced for the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards performance lineup, including Blake Shelton, Ella Langley and Kane Brown.
More performers include Avery Anna, Carter Faith, Dan + Shay, Jordan Davis, The Red Clay Strays, Thomas Rhett, Tucker Wetmore and Zach Top.

The performers will join the previously announced Kacey Musgraves, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson and Riley Green.
Musgraves, 37, will perform a new song from her new Middle of Nowhere album. Meanwhile, Wilson, 33, will premiere her song “Can’t Sit Still,” while Green, 37, is set to sing “Change My Mind.”
Shania Twain was announced as host on April 22, marking her first time taking on the role.

“I’m thrilled to be hosting the 61st ACM Awards in Las Vegas, a place that feels like home,” she said in a press release. “It’s such an honor to be part of this incredible night celebrating Country Music’s biggest stars, especially with so many talented women leading nominations this year. I can’t wait to welcome all of the fans and artists out for this unforgettable night.”
The “You’re Still the One” performer, 60, added on social media, “First time hosting the @acmawards!! Now what will I wear? 🤠 looking forward to a night of Country Music and celebrating musical talent in my favourite city!”

This year’s nominations list is led by Megan Moroney, who earned nine, and she’s followed by Lambert, 42, with eight, while Langley, 26, and Wilson each received seven nods.
Chris Stapleton earned six nods, and he’s followed by Zach Top with five and Cody Johnson with four.

Meanwhile, the coveted Entertainer of the Year category features Moroney, 28, Wilson, 33, Stapleton, 47, Johnson, 38, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll and Morgan Wallen. Last year, the award went to Wilson.
This year’s show will take place on Sunday, May 17 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and air live on Prime Video and Amazon Music.
