The Voice viewers have witnessed their share of heartbreak and triumph since the show first aired in 2011. The coaches—already well familiar with stardom—guide their teams through a series of performances, with the last artist left standing winning $100,000 and a recording contract. Pop star Ariana Grande recently spoke about the emotional toll that coaching took on her, admitting, “I get so emotionally attached.” Season 26 coach Gwen Stefani can likely identify with that statement.after this epic Knockout round featuring Felsmere, Gabrielle Zabosky and Kay Sibal.

Why ‘The Voice’ Coaches Don’t Envy Gwen Stefani
The Three-Way Knockout Rounds continued during Tuesday’s (Nov. 12) episode of The Voice. Coach Gwen Stefani found herself facing quite the conundrum after artists Felsmere, Gabrielle Zabosky and Kay Sibal left it all onstage.
“Ugh, this is going to be so hard,” muttered the former No Doubt frontwoman as Felsmere took the stage. to perform Dusty Springfield’s “Son of a Preacher Man.”
Stefani called Felsmere “a full package,” but also praised Gabrielle Zabosky’s “vulnerable” rendition of “Used To Be Young” by Miley Cyrus.
Additionally, the “Hella Good” singer emphasized Sibal’s vulnerability while singing Ariana Grande’s “One Last Time.”
“That’s my favorite part of Kay, and I loved working with you so much,” Stefani said.
Stefani’s fellow coaches certainly didn’t envy her position. “So many times in my life I’ve wished that I was Gwen Stefani, but not now. Not today,” first-time coach Michael Bublé said.
Who Do The Viewers Want?
You’ll have to tune into The Voice at 7 p.m. Central on NBC to see which artist Gwen Stefani selects. However, many viewers appeared to have their mind made up before the episode even aired.
“Wow Gabrielle!!!!!!” commented one YouTube user on a preview of the Three-Way Knockout Round. “Chills!”
Another viewer expressed a similar opinion, writing, “her voice is so so good when it hits me so deep in my heart and my soul ahhh omg i hope she wins after all I do I really doo. breath taking vocal talent thats for sure.”
Fan favorites don’t always align with the coaches’ preference, but in the case of Michael Bublé and Reba McEntire, they did this time. “For me, Gabrielle, I could only choose you,” Bublé said.
Reba seconded that. “If I had to pick, though, today I would go with Gabrielle,” said the “Fancy” singer.
