After performing “Sweet December” together, Brett talked about his ongoing GLOW: Welcome to the Family Tour, his latest holiday album and what’s in store for 2025.

“There is new music,” Brett teases. “I’ve been taking a lot of time to write music and just kind of enjoy non-road activities.”
“I just started this tour and now I’m kind of starting into putting new music out that will come right at the beginning of the year and just really put some fun stuff out there,” he says.

Are Kelly Clarkson and Brett Eldredge dating?
Kelly Clarkson and Brett Eldredge do not seem to be dating.
The duo sparked dating rumors back in 2020 after releasing their Christmas duet, “Under the Mistletoe.” The chemistry they displayed in the track led to widespread speculation about whether their partnership went beyond music. Over the years, the rumors have resurfaced, but neither Clarkson nor Eldredge has ever confirmed a romantic relationship.
In March 2023, Eldredge addressed the ongoing buzz, clarifying that their collaboration was strictly professional. Speaking to Hello! Magazine, the country singer described Clarkson as a talented person and shared how honored he felt to work with her. He said, “Yeah, those [rumors] always come. It’s crazy but it’s just people I love to make music with. I’ve been very fortunate to get to work with incredible women, and just powerful human beings and great people too, and to get to share the stage with them, it’s a dream.”

Clarkson has also expressed admiration for Eldredge during an Instagram Live in September last year and hinted at wanting to collaborate again. She said, “I like him so much. He is — I love his music, his country music, but I’m telling you what … I love his Christmas stuff.” (via She Finds)
Following her 2022 divorce from Brandon Blackstock, Clarkson has stayed single, choosing to prioritize her children. A recent PEOPLE report suggests her kids aren’t ready for her to date and she’s happy to respect their feelings for now. A source said, “Kelly kind of lives in a bubble. She’s all about the kids and work. She loves being a mom. Her kids have been clear that they don’t want her to date, so she’s not.” Meanwhile, Eldredge remains optimistic about love but hasn’t publicly linked himself to anyone.
